I dont know, maybe I am wrong, but I do not see why everyone has never heard of anything on this site. This site says that 99% of baseball players dont use these mechanics and everyone is wrting these thank you messages on the discussion board. There is nothing that you should be surprised at. What is so different about this swing than a regular one. Just because you bring your hands straight to the ball or you use a more circular path, it wont make that much of a differnce. Everyone acts like they have never seen a normal hitter take a stride and load in their swing. It is not very hard to hit. I think this site breaks down the swing a little too deeply. As I read through the swing mechanics page, the swing looked like a regular swing to me. Nothing looked different. Everyone gets so amazed like they have never learned to hit before. All you have to do is take a stride, bring your hands back to the load position, and as you start your swing, tuck your elbow to the side and watch the ball hit the bat and the rest will just go where it has to go. Please reply and let me know what is so different about these mechanics and regular mechanics.
