> I've been wanting to learn how to hit switch for a long time because I'm a lead off hitter for my select team and I know that pro scouts like to se a kid that can hit off of both sides of the plate, so I was wandering what I can work on that will get me better. I'm a natural right handed hitter and trying to hit left also. If theres any work out I can do or anything I can buy to help me let me know. Thanks a lot!

Question: Are you comfortable with your righthanded mechanics? If yes, what you might want to try is duplicating your set up and approach from the left side. It will probably help if you have access to a large mirror where you can see your entire body's mechanics. Then simply practice swinging over and over until you have duplicated your right side mechanics. Of course you will want to go to the cage and practice. Try the slower pitching first in order to practice your mechanices and gradually move to faster pitching and eventual live pitching. Also I would suggest doing more everyday things with your left hand. This will improve dexterity somewhat. These suggestions should help.
