The first post/poster is not very good. He is making comments about other people while his description of a rotational swing is flawed itself.
Which just brings up the question what is rotational mechanics? Anyone can claim they teach rotational mechanics.
Is rotational mechanics Jack's description of the upperbody, or is it Epstein's description on the lower body?
