Hi, Completely new to this subject and arena. I was wondering if anyone might help with some advice for my son. He is a great player but he seems to miss the ball. That may sound funny but when he makes contact, it is great. It is just that he is over for under it most of the time. Is that timing? Are there any drills to help him? I do take him to the batting cages quite often and he does much better than in games. Appreciate any advice out there. Thanks.













Hey, I am a 16 yr old 6'1" 175lbs Outfielder who really works extremly hard at perfecting my swing... I've got almost everything down. I have above average bat speed but I think you could never have too much... I need to know either some drills or excersizes that will help me acheive this.
