>>> Hey, I am a 16 yr old 6'1" 175lbs Outfielder who really works extremly hard at perfecting my swing... I've got almost everything down. I have above average bat speed but I think you could never have too much... I need to know either some drills or excersizes that will help me acheive this. Lenwood >>

>>> Hi, Completely new to this subject and arena. I was wondering if anyone might help with some advice for my son. He is a great player but he seems to miss the ball. That may sound funny but when he makes contact, it is great. It is just that he is over for under it most of the time. Is that timing? Are there any drills to help him? I do take him to the batting cages quite often and he does much better than in games. Appreciate any advice out there. Thanks Sue <<<

Hi Lenwood & Sue

On the site I have written about 60 pages of material describing good swing mechanics. I also produced an instructional video to show players and coaches the principles I discuss in the articles and on the discussion board. Without seeing you or your sons swing, I really do not know how I could expand on what is already available.

If you have a question regarding a particular swing mechanic, please feel free to post the question.

Jack Mankin
