Interesting, we must be watching different clips, b/c I cant think of anyone more rotational than Jimmy.

Mike, 99.9% of major league power hitters rely on rotational mechanics. If you're looking for "linear mechanics" in MLB, look at video clips of slap hitting leadoff hitters of yester-year...

and don't be fooled by "linear" advocates who freeze frame a video clip and claim that a hitter is pushing the knob towards the ball. The frame doesn't represent what is really happening. The knob is being directed towards the ball b/c of a circular hand path and torque.
