Casting is ok now? Alright, well I guess now when I'm trying to emphasize to kids that the rear elbow needs to stay tucked in close at initiation, I'll throw in; "but it's ok to cast as well though, cuz Jack said so"? I thought it was so interesting when someone posted the "backside" topic a couple of days ago, where he mentioned he was speaking to a Yankee scout.What I don't hear time and time again, not just from the Yankee scout but, from other MLB guys heard , is none of the dialogue heard in this forum.
Why do you think that is? Why is it that we hear commentators, who were former major leaguers, hitting instructors like Rick Downe, that don't seem to talk the talk that's heard in here? Are they just not aware or, privy to Jacks method?
