Hi Jack,

do you have any video swing analysis of Delgado's swing mechanics that accounts for the turnaround in his hitting results? Many critics had him washed up, with slow batspeed unable to hit the inside fastball. Based on the limited times I saw him during the first half of the season, I was very skeptical of this explanation. What have you seen?
