Jack, as someone is seeking technical answers, what would
you recommend to a rotational type hitter for swinging level?
The questions you stated above is exactly what I am asking and I
think many people have opinions on it and some answers apply
more to a linear type hitter. But if people don't express things in
technical terms then how can anyone give the right advice?

Personally, I think some great hitters may not need to think
technically so they would be the wrong people to ask (they hit
well and don't even think about it, well then they really don't have
any useful advice to offer). Players that were mediocre and
improved due to mechanics should be the ones to ask these
questions.
