I swing all arms...
My problem is that I tend to swing 'all arms' and lack the hip-turn and leg kick shown in the frame-by-frame. Growing up, I was a football player and never played organized baseball, but I recently got very involved in slow-pitch softball with a bunch of friends who grew up playing hardball.
Now, I know that their years of experience help them crush the ball and hit seeds all over the field, but you'd think that I could get into ONE ball and hit it the way they do...Does anyone have any tips to help my coordination with my legs/swing so that I'm not relying simply on arm-strength?
