I am 13 years old baseball player and i have had a hitch in my swing for about 3 years. I have gone to clinics and coaches have spents hours with me on my swing but nothing helps. I am a decent hitter with occasional weak ground balls but alot of pop-ups. I was wondering if you could give me any advise at all. Thanks.
