My son (12yrs) has improved dramatically after watching
your dvd. He is consistently hitting the ball over the fence
in practice and has a game winning hoem run (his first).
However, if his timing is off he is popping up, it looks like he is over striding when this occurs. Is there a good drill to keep the
stide down to 2-3 inches????
