best hitting devices

I have 2 kids playing baseball and I also coach with their teams as head and assistant coach. My 10 year old son has good meshanics, but can not hit a fast ball. My 13 year old can hit a fast ball, but likes to drop his back shoulder and swing for the fence. I have a soft toss net at home and wokr with them and also use T's with them. What other items can I try? I am looking at the Instructo Swing, Bat Action machines and others. What do you suggest?
