> I have 2 kids playing baseball and I also coach with their teams as head and assistant coach. My 10 year old son has good meshanics, but can not hit a fast ball. My 13 year old can hit a fast ball, but likes to drop his back shoulder and swing for the fence. I have a soft toss net at home and wokr with them and also use T's with them. What other items can I try? I am looking at the Instructo Swing, Bat Action machines and others. What do you suggest?

David,
I have used several of the things you posted. I honestly didn't like the BatAction at all. Nor do I like the HitAWay. The instructo swing is very beneficial...keeps the hands in and the swing motion down to level at contact. My favorite is the SoloHitter. And nothing beats good old fashioned tee work. Hope this helps. Tim
