Jack, first off, I really appreciate the time you take to respond to my posts.
As I've told you, my son is nine, bats left , throws right. Obviously, age has much to do with how as a coach,how I present things. What do you feel is the simplest appraoch, at that age, teaching rotational mechanics. I use different types of simple drills to emphasize hip action etc.. What I find is difficult, is getting kids that age not to collapse their front leg at impact.Which, obviously makes the whole thing linear.
