Doug...NO, hands and hips....if the hands and hips are correct....just as the head leads the body, THE HANDS AND HIPS WILL LEAD THE SHOULDERS. Doug, 2nd....in relation to a rotational swing, the hands are in front of the barrel in relation to the body. ONLY when PALM UP EXTENSION HAPPENS, which is after contact, DOES THE BARREL MOVE AHEAD OF THE HANDS. The relation to the hands must change just like you must hit the ball in different areas in relation to an inside pitch a pitch down the middle and a pitch away. Doug,
The bottom arm, hand, bat handle and bat head are "inline" at contact.
The bathead can not be ahead of this inline condition or will will slow down to try and maintain the inline condition. It is physical law. Check the links to photos of Bond's home runs I posted and re-check your clips. Or post some photos links to prove your point.
