Doug...NO, hands and hips....if the hands and hips are correct....just as the head leads the body, THE HANDS AND HIPS WILL LEAD THE SHOULDERS. Doug, 2nd....in relation to a rotational swing, the hands are in front of the barrel in relation to the body. ONLY when PALM UP EXTENSION HAPPENS, which is after contact, DOES THE BARREL MOVE AHEAD OF THE HANDS. The relation to the hands must change just like you must hit the ball in different areas in relation to an inside pitch a pitch down the middle and a pitch away. mb, I wonder why you made the comment that Murcer and Williams hit weak ground balls? Were you agreeing with what I showed you on the clips about where the bathead was, but just thinking that they were taking poor swings?
