The way it feels (perhaps uniquely to me) is that there is a window of time once a part of the motion (?swing begins?,but I would define this part of the motion more exactly as when "rotation into foot plant" begins which is preceded by a consciously variable amount of scap load which becomes more and more "anticipatory" as location is recognized-including velocity- and motion proceeds).

You said......"So,you have a plan for the pitch, and you see the pitch and you continue anticipation as you rotate into foot plant/start to wind the rubber band."

There is no time for all of this. How can you start to wind the rubber band after you've seen the pitch?
