What's the highest the back elbow should go at from stance to launch? My upper arm goes past parallel to the ground and I noticed that my hands start a loop at initiation and cause a bit too much of an upper cut nad I'm getting under pitches.

Sorry I don't have a camera. If I did I'd already have fixed my problems. Good point though. I do point the bat almost at right at the pitcher during launch. I find that my hands are also going up instead of going back. I focused in my game last on just bringing the hands back and it feels more comfortable, the elbow doesn't even reach the horizontal position. I only got one swing in though on a crappy pitch, and walked the other 2 ABs but that one swing felt a lot smoother.
