Didn't I read somewhere on here that you should take the lead elbow to the ball to get the bat on plane with the ball? At least at the start of the swing? Thanks RS

>It is knob to the ball as a que if you need it,the elbow works off the same plane. The key is that you use a chp and in slo mo the knob will only be pointed at the ball for 1 frame.knob to the ball can create linear in a linear swing but can also be a guide when used in rotational mechanics.
