I have just begun caoching a group of girls who will be a 10u softball team next year. I would like to start these girls on a voyage to become rotational hitters.(I have an older daughter who pitches in college and can see what type of hitter gets the most hits off her).
Where should I start? I have Jack's DVD but at this age these girls seem to only be able to focus on about one thing at a time. I'd like any advice on what the "baby steps"(almost literally) are to teaching rotational mechanics.
