grounding out to the left side....while using a no stride approach to hitting.....

i am going to be a Sr. in high school....and i used the no stride technique my whole jr. season....and hit the ball well....but this summer i have started to ground out alot to the left side.....i was wondering if u could possibly tell me what is going wrong....(which would have to be a guess).....because i have no film.....i posted a question about nomars swing not long ago....and my swing is similar to his....from the studying i have done on my own.....

P.S. sometimes i also popup alot....
