We had the problem. Jack asked if we were rotating our shoulders.
we made the adjustments----1st game -3 loud outs to the outfield.

Next 2 games 2 doubles in gap and our 1st HR

In 3 games No ground ball fielders choice or cheap pop outs.

i am going to be a Sr. in high school....and i used the no stride technique my whole jr. season....and hit the ball well....but this summer i have started to ground out alot to the left side.....i was wondering if u could possibly tell me what is going wrong....(which would have to be a guess).....because i have no film.....i posted a question about nomars swing not long ago....and my swing is similar to his....from the studying i have done on my own.....
