My coach (D-1 in AZ) never heard of top hand torque scap load torque position etc.He also says in the circles he travels in Jack and Nyman are unknowns. Can you tell me where either of these guys findings have ever been published so that I can point it out to him? As of right now he thinks it's funny that I would even think about getting info on hitting from the internet.I know Epstein used to play but I don't know if he has a reputation either. Thank you.

Forget about the "hitting circles" that coaches imprison themselves in. Personally, I had a chance to analyze a vast amount of hitting material, and the two products that I would recommend are Mankin's and Epstein's. These two gurus complement each other very nicely philosophically. I suggest that you the products of both instructors.
