I have a 10 year old son who has a very good eye at the plate and hit nearly every strike thrown to him. Lately in the cages I have notiiced he has been hitting alot of balls to the right side. His mechanics appear to be very good for a 10 year old I just cannot figure out why everything is that way. I tried something the other night. I pitched real fast to him then slowed my pitches down and he started hitting to the left side of the field. Is it just he is late or do you think it is a mechanical problem I need to address?
