Only a very few hitters ever develop the circular hand-path, ‘hook” in the hand-path and apply enough BHT to generate maximum bat speed before the “L” comes out of the elbow. – But, Bonds can, Sosa can, and so can John Elliott. And maybe with enough hard work and talent a few more of the players I work with can.
