I think you can usually feel that the back elbow has plateaued and started down by the time the toe touches.Less down for inside location when you are really turning on the ball/trying to quicken up.Not in the slot until launch.

I like the feel of the front toe opening and the back elbow starting down at the same time.If the toe is open some at toe touch,then the elbow should have started down.
