RQL, tell me, do the dads of the pitchers in your son's league advise their sons to throw at the batters and knock them on their butt?

One pitcher on my league got smashed in the face, fractured his orbital bone and needed reconstructive surgery. Would you change your views if you knew this batter was encouraged by his father to knock this pitcher on his butt, but missed and got the pitcher in the eye?

I don't know any youth league that would tolerate this behavior. That's some lesson to teach a young boy.....what ever happened to sportsmanship and respect for the opposing players.
