HI Jack............You have stated that Matt Holiday bars his lead arm and is still a very good hitter. You said the reason Holiday can do this is because Matt Holiday bars his lead arm early in the swing> Instead of latter in the swing . You have done a good job explainig that boxing the lead arm then extending it to contact decreases the ability to hit the ball hard . My question is at what point does Holiday bar his lead arm ?In his load?When he starts THT ? Somewhere elese in the swing?
