Hi Jerry

From the clips of Matt that I studied, he loads with his lead-arm fairly straight. He only bends the elbow for inside pitches. As I pointed out, it is important that pitch location adjustments be made prior to initiating shoulder rotation. During rotation, the bend of the lead-elbow should remain constant.
