I'm half-swinging, Help!

I don't know what has happened to my mechanics, but I am now half-swinging in softball. It's like a check swing. It's getting frustrating, and am not rolling over my wrists or going through full extention. I batted this way in Summer Softball and actually won the batting title for the team. But I want to get back to proper technique. Does anyone have any suggestions?
