I've been told to shorten my swing so I can get around on a D-1 Fastball.How can I do this and what does it mean? I have a lot of power but often do not make contact. I have to put the ball in play more to increase my playing time.

Dusty Baker, Ken griffey Jr,Barry Bonds, Sammy Sosa, Jose Canseco, Willie Mays.....Maybe it would be aeasier to ask who does NOT use the fence drill!
