Hi Jack
It seems to me if a hitter slots his rear elbow berore he
starts his rotation,his hands will be at the proper position.
This seems to help keep the arc tighter and helps to form the
v in the back arm. These adjustments helps my grandkids and
my students.Your thoughts on these observations.
