Can anyone tell me if the " Hitting for excellence" course sold by Dave Huggins is worth the money and is does it teach rotational hitting? I would like input from others that have it.

"I highly doubt you are going to change anyone's mind about rotational hitting." If no one is going to change YOUR mind, then I might ask (with the upmost respect, of course) why YOU are here? If you do not have an open mind,if you do not want to learn, then why are you here?
