If you had to pick one guy who uses rotational mechanics better than anyone else, who would it be? I believe I am in the majority here, epsecially with his recent success, so I will say that person is Barry Bonds. But did you hear what he said about hitting after his game vs. the Padres???

He basically said his approach to hitting is just throw the barell of the bat to the ball. He said he just concentrates on throwing the barrell out there and everything else comes into play. He said he doesn't concentrate on rotating his hips or shoulders, just throw the bat to the ball!!
