Re: Lead Elbow Too Low - Please HELP!

Posted by: FAT PETE () on Sat May 26 21:19:23 2012

MIKE EPSTIEN SAYS SOME TIMES THE LEAD ELBOW GOES FROM BENT TO BAR IN THE SWING .BECAUSE THE HIPS ARE TURNING SO HARD THEY ACTUALLY CAUSE THE LEAD ARM TO TO STRAIGHTEN OUT AND BAR. TO COUNTER THIS HE SAYS THE BATTER SHOULD FEEL SOME TENSION IN THE LEAD ELBOW DURING THE SWING TO STOP THIS BAR.
