EPSTIEN SAYS THE BACK ELBOW HAS TO COME DOWN SO THE FRONT ELBOW CAN WORK UP.AND AND IN THE THR MIDDLE OF THE SWING THE HIPS AND BODY TURNING SO VIOLENTLY HARD. CAN CAUSE A SOFT OR BOXED ELBOW TO BAR WHICH IS NO GOOD. SO TO COUNTER ACT THE LEAD ARM BARRING IN THE MIDDLE OF TTHE SWING. HE ADVISES THE BATTER TO HAVE SOME TENSION IN THE LEAD ELBOW IN THE STANCE. SO THE LEAD ELBOW DOESNT START OUT BOXED AND BAR OUT .TO SUM IT UP HE ADVISES AT FOOT PLANT DROP THE BACK SHOULDER A LITTLE. SLOT THE REAR ELBOW AND LET THE FRONT ELBOW START WORKING UP .i SAY IF SHE HITTING KNEE HIGH PITCHES OFF THE TEE OR PITCHED INTO THE OUTFIELD. SHE IS TILTING CORRECTLY AND HER LEAD ELBOW IS WORKING UP.
