So far great. We have been working on focus on the front side shoulder as well as
pulling with the bottom hand. This alone in one week time with practice
everyday for about 30-40 min. has really transformed my 11yo. swing. He was
the best hitter on our team already. This winter while trying to establish more
power at contact he developed a top hand dominance. Elbow was sliding into
belly button, hands were disconnecting, front side elbow was low at contact with
both elbows close together. Not good. Equals a lot of foul balls and POP UPS. Last
night I threw BP to the team, wanted to bring some heat and let them see it so I
was throwing hard from 35-40 feet. Our boys struggled. My son however,
excelled. His barrel accuracy was incredible and his timing was right on.He is
super excited with the results and wants to keep working. He has a sense of
direction and I believe he knows the sky is the limit for his talent. Thank you jack
mankin, for an incredible teaching philosophy. This stuff WORKS.
