I think your question is asked of Graylon, my post was just the one-liner thank to everyone for the responses, at the end of his last post. But no, I don't think Guillen is consciosly focused on a circular hand path to the ball.

You touch upon my original question of "what words do you use" to get your students to understand and use these mechanics, and most important, where should they be focused as they iniate. We've never talked to our players about "circular hand path" though that's what we want. We do tell them from launch position to "put your mind in your [front] shoulder" and "turn into and through the ball", and we tell them to "spin the hands" as they blow the shoulder around. Not saying that's the perfect or even the best way, that's why I posted originally asking about others' "key words".
