John anytime that you can take quality swings using proper rotational mechanics it is a benefit. When you are in the LAB you are trying to get the body to do the correct things by establishing muscle memory for a rotational swing.My son and I have less that 30 ft to work with in my garage but I guarantee you that when he steps on the field he feels confident that his swing is mechanically sound and he will succeed. Just look at it as QUALITY over QUANTITY.
