You've probably grooved a flaw into your swing. You need to video tape your swing or have a hitting coach observe your swing. Junior did a lot of t-work and dry swings but was not driving pitches he believed he should crush. I arranged one lesson with a good hitting coach and his flaw was corrected in one session. With Junior it was his hand path being too linear. He was pointing the knob to the ball rather than initially taking his hand towards the plate
and getting a circular hand path.
