Re: Leveling out the high pitch

George there is a tilt adjustment that hitters make for the high pitch since they normally set themselves for a pitch about waist to thigh high,at toe touch and even through the swing there is a more upright upperbody adjustment going on in 2 different planes,1 is the rearward tilt moves forward to center while the tilt over the plate comes back more in line with the legs ,less lean over the plate.The lack of this adjustment is why the high pitch is often popped up or swung and missed out of plane as you saw lowell adjust to.
