Swing for Review

Hey guys,
Wanted some suggestions on son's swing, he is 10..these are a few cuts and takes from indoor BP the other day, about 30 feet off live pitching. He was late and having trouble squaring up the ball. The pitcher was 6'4", and it looked like he was throwing pretty hard though it's hard to tell from that close. Thanks a bunch guys for any feedback from the knowledge on this board.
