Hey,here's a message from the cheeseland we call FRANCE!!!
Im korean, yea, but I live in France.
I play baseball too!Thts why im posting right now.

Over here almost no one knows baseball.Players dont know about Ted Williams,Charley Lau Sr JR etc...

Im planning to buy one of these books about hitting.
So my question is,what is the fundemental differences between the 2 methods?

Which one has more efficiency(if there is)?
If it can help you,Im a lefty batter but a righty thrower.

Any testimonies?
I was pretty impressed to read on amazon buyers'review that a coach managed to make his boyz knock HR using LauJr MEthod..

For those caring about hands position etc I think you should take a look at Jason Giambi'swing.
we should be all a pupil of his.
I think except the basic swing movement, the only secret in the whole GAME is to stay balanced, level.

Since every players havent got the same morphologies, there isnt one swing!
What do you think Jack?dont you mind making videos for each kind of players?lol
Eckstein doesnt swing like Piazza,Castillo(Luis) doesnt swing like Giambi

Im a 6'0 200lbs guy,and I cant even imaginate myself swinging the bat like Eckstein!lool!

See ya guys!
