First of all I think your new tape is very well done. Your committment and passion for what you do is commendable.

I have a question on the heavy bag drills. First of all I like the heavy bag as a tool. I like the ability to be able to see what you look like at contact. However, I noticed you had it set about 6"-8" in front of the front knee. That seems too far forward to me. Do you really teach contact that far out front?
