If the swing starts from the middle (hips/torso) as Paul Nyman says, then any 'adjustment' of foot placement is a reaction to hip movement, not a conscious placing of the foot in relation to pitch location.
The time between reading the pitch and starting the swing is measured in small fractions of a second. That's not enough time to take a premeditated step in a particular direction.
It does seem possible that a body (hip/torso) turn timed to a general pitch could modify during read to pull the body slightly one way or another.
Its also possible that in these two particular swings, Aaron was looking for a certain pitch and got it in both cases. If so, any 'adjustments' we see are simply different swings for different occasions.
