Your order for one DVD was confirmed. We started shipping VHS videos a couple of days ago. We should be shipping DVD’s by the middle of next week. For those that have ordered DVDs, we shipped a complimentary VHS today (Dec. 12) and will ship the DVD as soon as we receive them. --- Below is a letter we sent with the VHS.

I apologize for the lengthy time of shipment, but first there was a delay in receiving the Training Booklets that come with the new video and as soon as that problem was resolved, we were informed there would be a few more days of delay in receiving the video in DVD format. BatSpeed has been prepared with invoices and tape boxes addressed and ready to mail, therefore, we are shipping a complimentary VHS video to you today with Training Booklet and when the DVD video arrives we will ship immediately (less the Training Booklet). Sorry for the inconvenience.
