I would like to hear everyone's comments on where to make contact on the outside pitch? I have had an on going discussion about this with my daughter's head coach.

> IMO, the ball is generally hit off the inside of the front knee. Pitch location can cause adjustments to that but that is what I feel is ideal for T work unless working on special pitch locations. Now this is where the ball is struck. If you're a nostrider, set the T there. If you stride it must be placed farther forward so that after you stride you hit it there.
