HOW DO YOU DO THIS?

> Heel drop is the "result"(not cause) of the hip "uncocking" to launch. The loaded big muscles are the initiators here. The later the heel drop, the more the upper body loading continues, setting up a wider handpath radius/"higher load" situation.

Many people say its the CAUSE? How do you know from watching a video what is the cause and what is the result? Alot of instructors teach heel drop is the initiator - - how can I tell from watching the video what is the cause?

It is hard to see or UNDERSTAND what you mean right here.

HOW CAN ONE KNOW IF THEY ARE DOING IT IN THE SAME ORDER AS BONDS? Surely, results will not be the determining factor and would imagine FEEL is not the measure either. ARE there drills are way to break it down into smaller parts?

Do you advocate holding the hands high or low?
