Although there will be some needed changes made later to the order page, it is up and running. The 300k version of the “demo” works fine on my computer but 56k version will not come up. --- Please let me know if it works for you.

Hi Alan,

Final Arc I contains a lot of information on the theory of swing mechanics, but what many people requested were demonstrations of batters executing rotational mechanics (torque, circular hand path, etc.), as well as more drills to learn rotational mechanics. Final Arc II discusses and, more importantly, demonstrates the "theory" behind swing mechanics with the assistance of slow motion video, graphics and instructional aids. The second half of the hour long video is the "program." John Elliot, a former professional player with the Astros organization, teaches a baseball and softball player a step-by-step series of drills to practice and learn the rotational batting mechanics. It also includes a field manual to take to the practice field, and you can get it in DVD or VHS format. Those are the biggest differences between the original video and the second edition.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
